In Mycelink, the player embodies a Mycobiote, a newborn child. This character is under the tutelage of a superior entity acting as a maternal figure. This entity overprotects the player and wishes to keep him close. The player can use his new powers to expand his horizons or stay with the entity.

This game was made during my second year of studies. Mycelink was a project born from a game concept inspired by emergeant gameplay games.
I collaborate with Alexis as a game and level designer. We had to constantly adapt the game design to meet the project's time and feasibility constraints. Our biggest mistakes in this project was to make plateformer challenges even if the character was not coded to support it. I learnt that it is important to adapt our project and mechanics with the technical constraints we have to found the best solution.
